professionals who are licensed for scaffolding work. Pinnacle
staff are fully licensed and qualified for all exterior or interior
scaffolding operations, including window caulking, glazing,
and asbestos pointing. |
| In
New York City local ordinances require building inspections
every 5 years, with repairs being made as necessary. Pinnacle
recently participated in a 120-building project to remove ACM
caulking from facades and replace it with non-asbestos material
during an ongoing restoration contract. The job included making
necessary repairs to brickwork, which was often quite loose,
and parapets which at times were actually crumbling. During
the completion of this project, our experienced hanging-scaffold
personnel exercised great care not to damage the exteriors of
these landmark buildings in any way. |
